James Guerin

James Gerin is in charge of servicing oversight and surveillance for Grander Mortgage Capital LLC. James also occupies the same office at Residential Mortgage Solution LLC (RMS). James is responsible for oversight of RMS’ servicing relationships. With more than 25 years of varied management experience in mortgage and financial institutions, he has served as chief administrative officer at Encore Credit Corporation, SVP Loan Servicing Division at Washington Mutual, managing director of loan servicing at Long Beach Mortgage Corporation and chief financial officer at Long Beach Mortgage Corporation. James obtained his CPA license in the state of California (currently inactive), starting his career with Deloitte and Touche in the Financial Institutions Industry Audit Group. James holds a bachelor’s degree in economics/Accounting from Claremont McKenna College.
