Erica Liu

Erica Liu is the Controller of Grander Mortgage Capital LLC. Erica is also the Corporate Controller of Residential Mortgage Solution LLC (RMS). Erica is responsible for accounting, regulatory compliance and administrative functions. Prior to becoming the Corporate Controller of RMS, Erica was in charge of various accounting and reporting tasks in the Accounting Department of RMS. Ms. Liu earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
