Dave Hass serves as Chief Investment Officer at Grander Investment Management. With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Dave is responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities. Prior to joining Grander in mid-2023, Dave held various senior-level positions at Wells Fargo, Home Point Financial, and Principal Financial Group. His professional career spans across all aspects of the mortgage business, including Portfolio Management, Capital Markets, Servicing, Joint Ventures, Investor Relations, and Loan Production. Dave earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Briar Cliff University
